Paul Simpson, the manager of Carlisle United, is especially proud of helping his hometown team advance to League One via a Wembley play-off final.
Less than 18 months after returning to Carlisle and taking over a team that was second to last in League Two, the 56-year-old accomplished the feat.
Simpson has now achieved three promotions with the team—once from League Two and twice from the National League.
It's a significant accomplishment, Simpson said to BBC Radio Cumbria.
"Things like this don't come easily; you have to put in a lot of effort to succeed in life, and this ranks right up there with everything else I've accomplished in football.
"It's a fantastic feeling to be a part of my hometown club and these players, who were written off at the beginning of the season.
