Sergio García needs to stop taking swipes for the good of his reputation

Sergio was a young, daring Spaniard in the past.

There was excitement about a player who was carefree on the course and had a twinkle in his eye off it when Seor Garca first appeared on the golf scene more than 20 years ago.

The 2017 Masters was the only major Garca has won; however, with a total of 27 victories on the DP World and PGA Tours, the 43-year-old is still considered to be one of the best players of his generation.

But we have a right to wonder why Garca's life seems to have taken such a turn for the worse.
